Abstract/Summary:
With China’s successful accession to WTO, the petroleum and petrochemical industry intothe international market, domestic enterprises are facing the management mechanism andmanagement system has undergone major changes hitherto unknown. Shengli oil field is thesecond largest petroleum production base, the restructuring of enterprises in Shengli oil fieldoil market is a product of economic development, the main business enterprises is around themain production operation development, oil and industry restructuring company according tothe business scope of the enterprise has formulated a series of market protection provisions, tosupport the restructuring of enterprise production and management, therefore, the field ofenterprise is the social general properties of enterprises have a certain businessadvantage.Shengli Oilfield Xingtai Petrochemical Co. Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Xingtaicompany) is the restructuring of enterprises in the Yellow River drilling company, consists oftwo wholly owned subsidiaries, Shengli Oilfield Liyuan Petrochemical Co. Ltd. and ShengliOilfield Tai Transportation Co. ltd.. Mainly for the Yellow River drilling company of eachbranch to provide services and logistical support. Facing the new situation of oilfielddevelopment of market economy and the increasingly fierce competitive environment, Xingtaicompany wants to get good economic benefit, it must be on the cost management toreconsider unceasingly, find problems and shortcomings, and actively explore effective waysto resolve the. According to " distinguish plate, clear thinking, from easy to difficult, thesystem work way crush one by one ", firmly grasp the social service, enterprise management,market-oriented reform management development direction, guide the practice of costmanagement development Xingtai company, which further contribute to the development ofthe victory oil field.The article is divided into five parts. First from the domestic and foreign research status of cost management point of view, puts forward the contents of research on cost managementof Xingtai company and method. Secondly, summarizes the theory and meaning of costmanagement. The third part, review and summary of Shengli Oilfield Enterprises Xingtaicompany in the process of reform and development in practice, accumulated in the costmanagement experience and achievements. The fourth part, through the investigation andanalysis to find out the problems and deficiencies in Xingtai company cost managementprocess. The fifth part, summarized the domestic and foreign advanced cost management idea,from deepening the understanding, explore the law, in view of the existing cost managementwork of Shengli Oilfield Xingtai company in question and the insufficiency, proposed thesolution countermeasure.
