After nearly 40 years of Da Gang Oilfield Construction and Development, Many development blocks have already entered a mid and late stage in relying on scientific and technological productivity increasing oil. In recent years, along with the rise in water rates and the increasing difficulty of mining, it is more and more difficult to control oil and gas operating costs effectively. In order to achieve the oil and gas operating cost reduction goal which the joint-stock company issued, we have to reduce the oil gas operating cost reasonably, and carry on the effective forecast and control.On the basis of classification of oil and gas operating costs of Da Gang Oilfield Company and combined with the actual situation, The thesis first carries on the analysis to the historical data and the unit change situation of Da Gang oilfield company oil and gas operating costs, pointing out the factors that affect operating costs, and then gets about the trend of changes in oil and gas operating costs. Second different cost prognostication models are used to prognosticate oil and gas operating costs. Last the thesis using for reference measures of nation and foreign aims at results of cost analysis and prognostication to advance measures of lowering cost.Through this thesis, it is able to provide a reference guide to Da Gang oilfield in the oil and gas operating cost forecast, both in thinking and action it can provide a new awareness and a deeper understanding in the oil and gas operating costs; It is helpful for Da Gang Oilfield Company to remain in an impregnable position in the international and domestic oil market competition, and to enhance the economic efficiency of enterprises.
