Research On Performance For TNC Based On Corporation Government

This thesis is based on the theory for corporation government. And it used the traditional analyzed model about the government performance and the governance, and put the research on government performance into the specific framework for TNC. In the combination with the fact about Chinese corporation'"going out", this thesis has established the standard system for the TNC'performance measuring, and listed the related factors on performance in the perspective of the governance. In the framework of the performance and its factors, this thesis use 8 classic Chinese TNC'government data to statistical test and analyze. Considering the above theory and case, at last, this thesis definitude the strategy orientation, and advance the related approaches for the performance improving from the acting mechanism, incentive mechanism, supervision mechanism and ethics mechanism.
