Comparative Studies On Decision-making Mechanism Of Government And Corporation Governance In China

The tidal wave of government governance and corporate governance had swept the world since 20century 70s, and the studies on government governance and corporate governance are getting more and more, especially after our entering into the WTO,we speed to joint with the world economy. Facing this kind of status, it is not only chance but also challenge for our government and corporation. So we must consider the problem of that. Improving the competition of government and corporation is a challenge under the background of global economy, and the decision-making id the basic and key factor, which has affection on the governance.One of the hotspots nowadays in the academe is how the government to learn from corporation to improve the efficiency of government. At the same time, how the corporation to learn from government is also in discussion. There is much similitude between government governance and corporate governance, also some essential difference, but, because of there similar frame of governance, the author here try to compare these two organizations and let them learn from each other, in order that we can make our government medication-making mechanism much better, establishing an authoritative, willing, functional, efficient present government decision-making mechanism. In the course of our government governance, there are still many difficulties, just like the function of the central system in our government decision-making is faint; the decision-making executive system is inefficient and so on. This thesis tries to use some effective decision-making method to optimize our government decision-making mechanism.This thesis is based on the theory of fathering course of government and corporation, and the author here compares the decision-making mechanism of government and corporation using the method of criterion analysis, theory analysis, system analysis and compare analysis, and then sum up some practical advices for our government fathering. And the innovation of the study is comparing two different kinds of organization, and then finds some practical things which can make our government governance much better. The thesis is composed by five parts. The first part is introduction, which introduces the background and meaning of the study, the content and the method of study; the second part introduce some correlative conceptions; the third part compares the decision-making mechanism of government and corporation; the forth part is the revelation of the contrast; the last part offers some advices for our government decision-making mechanism.
