The Impact Of Trading Partners' Government Governance On Chinese Exportation

China's exportation has sustained rapid growth since it became a member of World Trade Organization.Since 2009,China had been the world's largest export country for seven consecutive years.Thus,the literatures about China's exportation were more and more.With the deepening of the research,some scholars have found that traditional international trade theory cannot fully explain the issue of China chosing trading partner,because in the course of trade,in addition to the economic effects of trading partners,China is also influenced by legal,institutional and other aspects of them.The development of western institutional economics provided a new perspective for studying China's exportation.Mainly from the perspective of government behavior,this article studies the influence of government governance of China's trading partners on Chinese exports.This article selects the government efficiency,the rule of law and regulation quality as variables to study the impact of governance situation of trading partners on China's export from 2002 to 2004.Referencing to the expand trade gravity model,the model is built,and by using the method of Fixed Effect Vector Decomposition to estimate,this article reaches the following conclusion: Government efficiency,rule of law and regulatory quality have a positive effect on China's exports.In order to further explore the impact of governance situation of different China's trading partner on China's export,this article carries on the group discussion.According to the level of development,China's trading partners can be divided into developed and underdeveloped countries,and in accordance with the law,they can be divided into civil law countries and non-civil law countries.The result shows that in underdeveloped countries and civil law countries,the Government efficiency and the rule of law influence China's export growth more significantly.
