Content:Curriculum Evaluation (CE) is collecting and providing information for the curriculum decision-making, which is aimed to check the effect of students'study and implement of the curriculums, promote the curriculums and compile suitable curriculums for students. CE is indispensable in the active of curriculums, and so far it has been an important aspect of the whole curriculum area. Most of the information that the CE provides can referentially support the curriculum decision-making and reforming. More and more curriculum experts all over the word pay more attention in the CE, and CE research begins latterly in China, thought CE and curriculums activities exited for a long time that was not formally called. Experts in this area didn't strengthen the attention in CE until 80s of last century. Many scholar introduced lots of books and literature but the influential result is not formed. Even though lots of creative work is done on the evaluation patterns and some evaluation models are set up for some specific subjects, the research on the theory of Curriculum Evaluation on the subject of Tourism Management is still left as virgin soil. The situation that students graduated from Tourism Management colleges can't fit the need of society become more and more serious. So, the curriculums of tourism management left a lot to research for improve the ability of students major the Tourism Management. This paper firstly differs the characteristics tourism industry from other industries, and collects information that the basic abilities that are needed by visiting specialist of this industry. Based on the collected information, the paper figures out four types of abilities as the main abilities that fits the society's need. Given that the Fuzzy Mathematic is suitable for anglicizing in literae humaniores, therefore the basic knowledge of Fuzzy Mathematic is introduced as preparative knowledge.Based on the characteristics of tourism and Fuzzy Mathematic, a mathematic model named Multi-Level Fuzzy Integrative Evaluation Model is presented for evaluate the curriculums in tourism management colleges. During the evaluation, both quality and quantity analysis methods are adopted and combined together to found a intact and accurate evaluation model.At last, a questionnaire is designed for collecting actual information for evaluation. The questionnaire divides the curriculums into four groups each stands for a kind of ability. So the questionnaire can demonstrate how important a subject contributes to certain ability. Some students in a college school are invested by filling questionnaire. The results of the questionnaires are qualified and analyzed in the SPSS software environment. The purpose that the questionnaire is analyzed in the SPSS is to make sure the reliability of the collected questionnaires. This is the essential for correctly evaluation. Then the data are sending to the model and, when the final result is commutated the conclusion can be draw, and some evaluations and advices can be present for improving the Curriculum building in Tourism Management.
