The primary goal of higher school is to train talents. Teaching is the main way to cultivate talents. In order to effectively cultivate high quality tourism professionals,we need to improve the teaching quality of tourism management in the universities,and the scientific and objective evaluation of teaching quality can promote the quality of teaching. Carrying out teaching quality evaluation,that can know the actual teaching situation of Tourism Management,find out the problems and deficiencies which need to be solved,that will be good for strengthening the teaching management,it has important significance on improving teaching quality.Firstly this article defines the concepts of the teaching quality evaluation and makes the synthesis of basic theory. Defined the status and characteristics of teaching quality evaluation,it provides the theoretical basis for researching the teaching quality evaluation in Tourism Management,and lays the basis for further study. Secondly,access to reference and academic research,it combines with the practical teaching on Tourism Management in universities,and establishes the teaching quality evaluation item system. This system is composed of three-dimensional degrees and 14 indexes. Three-dimensional degrees include the quality of teaching organization and management,the quality of students'learning and the quality of teachers'teaching. 14 indexes are set up a list of specific factors under the three dimensions. Teaching quality evaluation is a complex evaluation process which has multi-factors and multi-targets. Developed a reasonable and scientific index system,it will play an important role on improving the working of evaluation. Once more,most of the indexes are inflexible and with ambiguity,so it cannot be quantified easily. Constructed the fuzzy synthesis evaluation model can use the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to these uncertain indexes,obtains the weights,than give the matrix of fuzzy evaluation by the degree of membership,calculates the value of synthesis evaluation by using the model of evaluation. This article uses the application of fuzzy synthesis evaluation in the teaching quality evaluation of Tourism Management. It will not only quantify the uncertain indexes and accurately express the teaching quality,but also will combine the qualitative and quantitative research,make the results of evaluation more accurately which closer to the truth. It even can analyze the advantages and disadvantages of evaluation objet in some factors that is better for making decisions. Finally,the method of fuzzy synthesis evaluation is applied to cases which belongs to the empirical research,and makes sure that the evaluation method is feasible. After collecting the data,calculating,testing and analyzing the model,it can achieve the desired results,and indicate that the fuzzy synthesis evaluation method is feasible.In terms of the quality evaluation of Tourism Management in the universities,this article uses the methods of quantitative research for evaluating. It introduces the fuzzy synthesis evaluation model into the teaching quality evaluation. It not only has the theoretical value,but also be helpful to the practical application. Ultimately it will achieve the goal of improving the teaching quality on Tourism Management in the universities.
