Study On The Relationship Between Human Capital And Economic Growth In Heilongjiang Province

By estimating and evaluating the data of people with jobs, capital of manpower, the professional distribution of capital of manpower and regional distribution of capital of manpower, this paper discloses the relationship between capital of manpower with the degree of economic growth in the average level, structure, professional distribution and regional distribution of capital of manpower in Heilongjiang Province and it judges the function of factor of capital of manpower in regional economic development of Hei Longjiang by comparing the relation of the level of capital of manpower, the structure of capital of manpower and the degree of economic growth and thus puts forward three countermeasures and suggestions of exploring and utilizing capital of manpower in Heilongjiang Province. The paper also corrects the measurement and data of capital of manpower, professional structure of capital of manpower and regional structure of capital of manpower by comparing, classifying, analyzing the defining characters ,analyzing the quantity, doing canonical research with true examples and combining all this methods. From the macroscopic perspective of capital of manpower in Hei Longjiang Province to do research on the old Northeast Industry Base with true examples , the paper increases the contents of the research on the structure of capital of manpower in Hei Longjiang Province. It helps to find out the causes of causing the differences between the West and the East, and also benefits to deepen the level of research on the theory of regional economic growth and the theory of capital of manpower. As for the method of studying the disequilibrium of professional distribution and regional distribution of capital of manpower in Heilongjiang Province ,this paper uses the ways of putting the panel data of professional capital of manpower and the panel data of regional capital of manpower into the model and puts forward the valuable suggestions for the Investment Policy of Capital of Manpower in Heilongjiang Province.The paper is divided into four parts except the preface:Part one is on the relationship between capital of manpower and regional economic growth, mainly introducing the concept of capital of manpower, the measurement of capital of manpower, impact on economic growth (the total amount, structure)by capital of manpower, function of capital of manpower at regional economy's different developing stage.Part two introduces current situation of capital of manpower in Heilongjiang Province. It estimates and evaluates the data of storage of manpower capital and the professional and regional distribution of manpower capital in Heilongjiang Province.Part three analyzes and proves the relationship between capital of manpower and economic growth by setting up models and analyzing canonically. This paper uses the methods of putting the panel data of professional capital of manpower and the panel data of regional capital of manpower into the model. That is ,it regards the average provincial GDP as the Causing Variable, and fixed capital investment, people with jobs ,average education year, the structure of capital of manpower, the panel data of professional capital of manpower and the panel data of regional capital of manpower as the Self–changing Variable. Part four determines and judges the function of factor of capital of manpower in regional economic development of Heilongjiang, and puts forward three countermeasures and suggestions of exploring and utilizing capital of manpower in Heilongjiang Province. That is, it goes on enlarging the investment disbursement of capital of manpower, and adjusts the distribution of capital of manpower and regional distribution of capital of manpower in Heilongjiang Province.
