Rearch Into The System Of The Develop Of Livestock Husbandry Economy In Inner Mongolia Pastureland

Inner Mongolia has been word-renowned since ancient times for its fertile and beautiful grasslands, improved breeds of livestock, various animal products and processed products and splendid grassland aclture. Since Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region was founded, the economy of animal husbandry has made considerable progress under the guidance of the party`s ethnic policies. The development of the economy of livestock husbandry gives an impetus to all-round development of economic society. The livestock husbandry in the pastureland, which is not only the basic industry in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, but also a favored one, plays a very important role in GDP of the whole region. Its sustainable development is the main task to achieve the sustainable development of our region`s economic society and is the significant component and essential need to accomplish the country`s sustainable development strategies.The grassland is the material base for the production of animal husbandry in the pastoral area. Herbage-growing, whose productivity is the foundation for livestock husbandry production, is the first-grade plant production. There wouldn`t be animal husbandry without forage grass. As far as the relationship between the two concerned, the first-grade herbage production ,the managing scale and development speed of husbandry production are directly restricted by the amount and quality of pastoral grass-growing. The grassland areas are limited, not to mention improved pastoral areas. The conflict between the limit of resources and human`s limitless demand is the everlasting one of human economic activities and is the key conflict of livestock husbandry economy in the pastureland. It`s a prerequisite of economy development of livestock husbandry to resolve this conflict.This paper starts with relevant theories of western new-system economics, and explores the system factors which restrict the development of livestock husbandry economy by way of introducing the arrangement systems in different stages in the process of livestock husbandry economic development in the pastureland. The economic development of animal husbandry must be improved. Meanwhile, much importance should be attached to protection and construction of first-grade livestock husbandry production in grassland. It`s proposed to comply with the rules in its development and conform to the natural ecological law as the first-grade production in the prairie is human`s dependent natural environment as well as the material base for this industry`s development. Thus, on the basis of theoretical analysis of applying systems, in view of the system arrangement of economy development in foreign countries` livestock husbandry and in the light of this region`s specific practical situation, this paper tries to seek a counter measure way of economy development of livestock husbandry.
