The competition in the 21st century is no longer competition between two enterprises but competition between two or more supply chains. Supply chain management (SCM) focuses on the entire interest of the supply chain, coordination between enterprises, the utilization of resources and quick response to the market which ensure superiority for the enterprises in the chain. This superiority enhances the total competence of the chain and can better fulfill customer's demands. However, supply chain carries the character of dynamic, complex, multi-objective and non-linear, thus it is hard to describe and study using the theory and methods of ordinary linear system. System dynamics (SD) is based on system theory, combined with feedback theory, control theory, information theory, according to the causality relationship of social system to form a dynamic model that can reflect non-linear, multi-feedback and long time delay and with the help of computer to simulate the transformation of the dynamic system so as to analyze the influence of the decision factors (also called social factors). System dynamics acts as a"policy laboratory", is a useful tool when dealing with dynamic complex system.Manufacturing is the foundation of a country and represents the comprehensive strength of the country. Manufacturing is the most developed, strictly divided and highly specialized industry, meanwhile, manufacturing is an industry the most demanded and of great influence. According to the problems in the management of manufacturing enterprises, we carried out simulation research and reform from the viewpoint of SCM including supply, production and sales, and thus provide support for management of manufacturing enterprises. This will eventually ensure a prosperous development of the manufacturing enterprise.This dissertation discusses the basic theory of SCM and SD, according to the character of SD, the feasibility and superiority of study SCM by way of SD is deduced. Then, basing on the analysis of the structure of SC and the background of manufacturing industry, the research on the system of manufacturing enterprise's supply chain is carried out. After that, we construct the simulation model of manufacturing enterprise's supply chain from different sub-systems. Finally, all the simulation models were applied in the SCM of Harbin Hafei automobile industry group co. Ltd, after the tests of consistence and validity, several dynamic system simulations were conducted. By compare, the SD model and simulation value can provide support for the manage group of the enterprise.
