Research On Production Operation Management System Of Virtual Enterprise Based On Multi-Agent

Virtual Enterprise (VE), as a new form of enterprise organization, has attracted more and more attention from theories and industrial field. With further study on VE, abundant experience of VE production and improvement of information technology, there is a change in VE from concept formation towards practical operation. Regarding characteristics of VE, the production operation faces a tremendous challenge.VE production operation is the primary content for VE operation. There has been a mature production operation mode existing for normal firms. However the study of VE production operation is still at primary stage. Study on VE production operation has so far been examined by domestic and foreign scholars in its separate constituents rather than as a whole or a system whilst ignoring the functions of coordination and cooperation. Thus, an integral production operation mode is an essential condition for VE to guarantee efficient outcome for the enterprise.The paper summarizes the relative concepts of VE and analyzes domestic and international research actualities firstly. Secondly, the theories of VE production operation collecte to provide necessary supports. Consequently, it describes the relationship among main aspects of VE production in the paper. The paper not only focuses on the production process of VE's members in distributed space, also analyzes the coordinative relationship between production enterprise and others such as sale and supply firms as core competition. Finally, According to Multi-agent mode based on researched aspects, it designs VE production management system belonging to VE whole system, which provides the interface with public information platform to keep the system integration.The system uses Access database to describe and store the basic data structure, and studies on the refrigerator production process of Jia Ling Group. The system verifies the accuracy of the theories and the mode, and contributes to improving the production efficiency and matching the expectations.
