With modern computer information technology and network technology, the rapid development, production patterns and organizational structures are relatively stable traditional enterprises are faced with grim challenges. The advantage of virtual enterprise (Virtual Enterprise, VE) through the integration of resources to meet rapidly changing market opportunities and win more market power in the organizational model is becoming a rational choice for many businesses.In the beginning of virtual enterprise, due to lack of communication and trust between each other, enterprises are unwilling to share technical information and the fear of opportunistic behavior, do not want to take the initiative to exchange information on product development, design information, to the formation of virtual enterprise has brought resistance. Exchange of personnel at the edge of their partners has more suspicion, more unsatisfactory work.The beginning of virtual enterprise, partner selection process is a complex system, it has a systematic, integrated, agile and other characteristics, the researchers found still using mathematical methods have been difficult to conduct a comprehensive description of these complex and analysis of the system modeling and simulation method can solve the problems faced by traditional methods. Based on management theory to study the BDI Agent Model based Swarm simulation methodology to establish title to the background, to carry out the virtual enterprise partner selection issues related to modeling and simulation research. And its simulation results were analyzed. To the above target, the main research work is as follows:(1) starting from the BDI Agent, the first analysis of the deficiencies of traditional BDI Agent Model, based on the traditional BDI Agent presents a dynamic extension of BDI Agent Model, it can quickly realize the internal interaction BDI Agent to handle complex dynamic open environment problem and achieving agile response model, using BDI Agent designed for extended dynamic model of the monkey model of sweet potato to eat, to verify the origin of civilization, by SWARM on the traditional BDI Agent Model and BDI Agent to simulate an extended dynamic model is verified by comparing the model the feasibility of this model has important theoretical significance.(2) BDI Agent based on an extended dynamic model for the study, Swarm simulation methodology to establish title to the background, the Virtual Enterprise Modeling and Simulation of partner selection, and the simulation results are analyzed to study the behavior of the system micro-and macro-The relationship between behavior, in which the number of virtual enterprise and information transmission capacity of the virtual enterprise partner selection has a certain influence.Conclude the text.
