Container Multimodal Virtual Enterprise Collaborative Production Management Research

As an advanced transportation made, multimodal container transport has played a very important role in transportation modernization. Nevertheless, there are some difficulties in its development. Modern management knowledge and technology are urgently needed. As a wholly-new modem corporation organization, Virtual Enterprise (VE) owns its own advantage which is lacked by traditional corporation. People have paid more and more importance on it. To combine VE and multimodal container transport together will firstly enlarge the scale of multimodal container transport companies and secondly break the bottleneck of multimodal container transport. By adopting this strategy, the core-competition of the companies will be strengthened and continual development will finally achieved.This thesis is just setting out from these problems, combining the project based on Nation Nature Science Fund—"the research in the development of production's logistic service in the progress of the new pattern industrialization in the typical area" (project number: 70541009). This thesis uses the concept of Agent to study the building process of multimodal container transport companies, and uses Synergic Production Management to study the management of multimodal container transport company and finally adopts DEA method to evaluate actual practice of multimodal container transport companies.Mathematic and theoretic methods are combined in this thesis, and systematic view and advanced modern manage theory is quoted to analysis multimodal container transport company.
