The deep going of knowledge economy has made knowledge an important part of assets. Talents and intelligence have taken up dominant positions in production and assets constituents. As the owner of knowledge, knowledge-employees have become the intellectual resources of corporations. Intellectual resources have become the important sources of corporations'competitive advantages because they are the core of corporation strategic resources. The effects of intellectual resources management determine the profits of corporations'performances.Intellectual resource is the core part of human resources which can bring knowledgeable staff and group who have competitive advantages to corporations. Intellectual resource management is the core of Human Resource Management (HRM). HRM has supported intellectual resource not only from theories, but also practices. However, the characteristics of the intellectual resource management objects determine that it cannot operate according to HRM's mode, but an expansive view of intellectual resource management mode.This paper puts forward an analysis frame of intellectual resource management from four dimensions of strategy, knowledge, technology, and psychology, on the basis of human resource theories and the present study of intellectual resources. In the dimension of strategy, intellectual resource management should have strategy directing, focusing on the improvement of corporation profits during the strategic management. In the dimension of technology, intellectual resource management should optimize the management process and mode by using new technology, new technology as the basis of management. In the knowledge dimension, knowledge management should become the core of corporation intellectual resource management, and intellectual resource management should play a positive role in the knowledge management flow. In the psychology dimension, psychological contract should become an important mechanism to promote intellectual resources, and intellectual resources should construct the psychological contract for the members positively.Based on the analysis of the intellectual resource management frames, this paper puts forward a value-contributing mechanism mode to discuss the functions of intellectual resources in the corporation profits. In this mode, a series of middle variables are introduced to explain the process and mode of this mechanism. As a high performance work system, it has a series of best practices in application. In Chapter Five, this paper lists some practices of intellectual resources management, which contributes greatly to the corporation profits.
