Study On Driving Mechanism Of Rural Residential Land Change

The study on land use/cover change and its driving mechanism is one of front and hotsubjects of global changes. The domestic and international scholars have already made alarge number of achievements in the field of land use/cover change. The author first gives asummary of literature and analyzes theories on rural residential land change, then does anempirical study of rural residential land change in Xiaonan District based on questionnaire,form farm household scale.This paper can be divided into five parts: Chapterl is the introduction, expounded thebackgrounds and the meaning of the research, summarized the research evolution and madethe comment, introduced the research route. Chapter 2 is the analysis of theories of ruralresidential land change, constracted a theoretical framework of rural residential land changedriving mechanism, analyzed the influcing factors of driving forces from the view of farmhousehold scale. Chapter 3 analyzed the process of rural residential land change in XiaonanDistrict. Chapter 4 is the anylysis of driving mechanism of rural residential land change inXiaonan District, based on questionnaire. Chapter 5 is the conclution of the paper,summarized the primary conclusion, made some discussion to the shortage of the thesis.
