Study Of Leader Strategic Thinking Based On Scientific View Of Development

The scientific view of development is fundamental principle which guides China's economic and social development, and pointes out the basic direction of economic development strategies and social development in the future. The scientific concept of development as an overall strategic guiding ideology for instructing and leader's strategic thinking is undoubtedly of great theoretical and practical significance.Based on the theory instruction of the science.view of development, this paper combines the science view of development and leader's strategic thinking together, and deeply explores the relationship between the science view of development and strategic thinking, and then establishes the 'five-dimension' system of leader's strategic thinking: systematic thinking, crisis thinking, opportunities thinking, harmonious thinking and innovative thinking on this basis. Meanwhile, applying the empirical methods this paper has studied the leader's strategic thinking and then drawn the conclusion. The paper is divided into six sections: the first chapter is the introduction, introducing the background, meaning, methods and relative concepts of this thesis. The second chapter is the literature review. It describes the literature documents about the research on the current domestic and international scientific concept of development and leader's strategic thinking. The third chapter studies the relationship between both of them. On the basis of former chapters the fourth chapter basing on researching achievements and experience, constructs the 'five-dimension' leader's strategic thinking system. Using the SPSS statistical software and the method of analytic hierarchy analysis the fifth Chapter carries on an examination to the science nature and rationality of the 'five-dimension' strategic thinking system, and finally determine the weights of concrete dimensions in this system. The sixth chapter introduces the main research results, recommendations and limitations. According to the results of the chapter five, this chapter proposes the practical suggestion to strength the ability of leader's strategic thinking, and point out the research limitation of this paper as well as the future researching direction.Taking the leader's strategic thinking as a main line and hold the excellent turning point that our party has proposed the theory of scientific view of development, this paper has made a deep discuss and research on the leader's strategic thinking, meanwhile combines the scientific view of development and leader's strategic thinking together, which makes the theory of leader's strategic thinking obtaining a new explanation and application.
