In the more and more competitive marketing environment, enterprise's competition is just talented personnel's competition. Human resource is becoming the capital of the company which is can not lack. The company must lay out its humane resources strategy on the whole, constitute feasible humane resources program, definitude the value of the status in the company, understand the ability demand for the crew to finish their work, in the end they can institute all kinds of management system. Job Analysis, the basis and premise of modern humane resource management activities, provides firm guarantee for an enterprise to finish the task such as humane resource plan, recruitment and choices, performance management, salary management, training and career development etc.HS Company, the research object of this article, is a private enterprise. Despite its rapid developing progress, it has some deficiencies that the firm didn't turn itself from conventional human being management to standardization management. The leaders of the company are convinced of these problems; hopefully want to improve the humane resource management. The writer took part in the Job Analysis project group of the HS Company, and was in charge of the design, research and implement of the job analysis. The writer designed questionnaire form, log book etc. Then after that the writer proceeded with fixing on the job of the number of department and staff , effectively applied the results of job analysis.The structure of this paper is as follows. Section 1 introduces some basic theories of Job Analysis. Section 2 is appraisal actualities of Job Analysis in HS Company. Section 3 is the design and implementation of Job Analysis. Section 4 is the value embodiment of HS Company Job Analysis result in the number of department and staff confirmation. Section 5 is the evaluation and summarization of Job Analysis.
