| CHL is a Chemical Company major in production of Adhesives with High and New Technologies. It is subjected to its parent company H, the Top 500 Global Cooperation. Its Customer Service Department is a window department for its affiliated businesses with Brother Companies. The Customer Service Dept. is troubled by some problems, that is how to identify the primary and secondary responsibility of the CS post correctly and efficiently? How to plan the Dept's headcounts reasonably to meet the business change? How to develop the business training effectively, to meet the development of business? These were answered with study of the theories and methods of Job Analysis, and settled after carry it out in practice.The first part of the thesis is foreword, introduced the thesis' background, target and sense. Secondly it summarized the basis theories and methods of Job Analysis. Thirdly introduced the Outline of business of CHL Company and its Customer Service Dept., raise the puzzle, and the necessary of carry out of Job Analysis. Following it, is the practice of Job Analysis at CHL Customer Service Post including the plan, implement, and result analysis, the Dept's HR (Human Resource) Planning and Business Training according to the Information collected by the Job Analysis. Finally is the evaluation and conclusion about the whole Job Analysis Process.The thesis planned and implemented the Job Analysis successfully, according to the relative theories and methods of Job Analysis, as well as the practice of CHL Customer Service. As result, it developed entirely and practically Job Specification, and based on the information collected from the Job Analysis, planned the effective routine of the departments' HR , and the business training .
