The harmonious management of human resource has been a new ideawhich arouses great attention increasingly in the academe with theestablishment of the strategic target of constructing a harmonioussocialistic society which poses a new demand for the development andinnovation of humane resource theories of our country in the new era. Thispaper aims to make a research into the theoretical system of harmoniousmanagement of human resource thought in order to improve the degree andlevel of harmony of the human resource management factors, makeharmonious developments between human resource and nature, societyand human self comprehensively, realize the optimization of humanresource management and reach the favorable function state of humanresource system, which consequently promote the innovation anddevelopment of human resource management theories.The paper tries to have a deep understanding of the essence and rulesof harmonious management of human resource by adopting variousmethods such as closely linking with the practical problems occurred in thepractice of human resource management of our country, making bases onthe research achievements accomplished both home and abroad, andcombing theories with case studies to make further researches. To be specific, the study is carried in the following ways: the basic categories ofharmonious management of human resource thought and theirbackgrounds are studies on the basis of collecting study materials andreferences at home and abroad. The concepts, characters, and the essenceof the thought are analyzed. What's more the theoretical and practicalsignificances of the thought are put forward. Then the researches on thetechnique and method aspects of the thought are made covering fiveperspectives, i.e. ecological harmony, social harmony, psychologicalharmony, organizational harmony and cultural harmony, which expoundthe research framework and methodology of harmonious management ofhuman resource.Harmonious management of human resource, a new managementmode providing the field of human resource management with a newhorizon, new explanation and new methodology, is a kind of managementfull of contents and form variety. It designates the orientation and finalgoals of the management and exploitation of human resource as well asoffers the train of thought of analyzing and solving problems whenconstructing harmonious society. In this sense, harmonious management ofhuman resource is both an idea of management and a strategy andmechanism of management. The proposal of this idea can pioneer in thestudy of human resource and bring opportunities for the innovation ofharmonious theories and their practices.
