F trading company is a private building materials sales enterprise,after years of hard work,it has been developed from ordinary small stores to small and medium-sized enterprises with multi-brand stores.With the expansion of the company's scale,the problem of insufficient management ability gradually becomes obvious,and it is imperative to build the human resource management mode suitable for the company's development.The human resources department established by the company has a large problem in management thought and management mode,which is not in line with the actual situation of the company and can not meet the needs of the company's strategic planning.Based on the actual situation of F trading company,this paper discusses some common problems existing in the transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises.Based on the relevant human resources theory,this paper analyzes the importance and practicability of the three-pillar model and the supply chain model of human resource management.Combining with the actual situation of F trading company,this paper expounds the three pillar mode of human resource management and the method of applying the talent supply chain in F trading company.A feasible HRM model for F trading company is constructed.A large number of transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises in China are similar to F trading company human resources issues,according to their own actual construction meets the needs of enterprise long-term development strategy of human resource management model,is that most small and medium-sized enterprises have to face problems,this article for similar small and medium-sized enterprise human resources mode has certain reference significance.
