With the rapid development of Internet technology and the popularization of E-Business, The information times has come to the whole world. It will provide various opportunities and the wider space for the development of corporation.E-HR(E-Human Resource), the Electronic Human Resources management, is a new human resource management model. From the "Human Resource Management Overall" perspective, E-HR is based on the advanced software and high-speed, mass storage hardware. E-HR can integrate recruitment, selection, training, performance and remuneration management via the information platform. And via the centralized information database, E-HR can process the information and staff self-service automatically. E-HR will make human resources management more efficient, more scientific and more systematic, in order to achieving the goals which include reducing costs, improving efficiency and optimizing staff service models.E-HR management program is a new form of Human Resource Management Information. This article describes and designs the Overall E-HR System Model and the Specific Implementation of the Program based on Human Resource Management, in combination with the current HR research and development and implementation of the concept of cutting-edge technology, to fulfill the E-HR actual demand. Then the article has thoroughly analyzed the present construction situation of Enterprise human resources management informationization, and points out every kind of questions that exist in the process, and gives the corresponding comment and the suggestion to the construction of Our country Enterprise human resources management informationization.
