Study Of Production-Operations Management And Enterprise Internal Control In Preparation System Of Down-hole Service Company

Down-hole Service System is a professional engineering company thatprovides technology service to oil and water wells. It is also the main forcethat guarantee high and stable production for oilfield. It is productionoperationsmanagement and enterprise internal control of down-hole servicesystem that relates the efficiency of down-hole serving and oil production.The paper analyzes the work of current preparation system of down-holeservice, applying comprehensively production-operations management theoryand enterprise internal control theory, by theory linking practice method,using the viewpoint of system, and holding the vision of development,concluding the theory root about the deficiency in the current system. Itoptimizes the design and management of preparation system of down-holeservice, providing the corresponding countermeasure, the measure and thesuggestion to solve the question that in the production formulation, theimplementation process possibly meets.The study of this paper has some innovation in theory aspect, whichanalyzes the dialectic relationship between production-operationsmanagement and enterprise internal control from theory angle and gives outthe new viewpoint on unity of contradiction between internal control and process efficiency. The study of this paper has strong practicability in practiceaspect, and this paper stands out the theory linking practice method, andmakes some better suggestions for the management work in preparationsystem of down-hole service. Due to that domestic also basically is at theblank stage about the down-hole service work operations management and thecontrol aspect research, this paper will be valuable for promoting thepreparation system of down-hole service fast development and the study ofmanagement model of large-scale enterprise.
