ThePearlRiverDeltarealizeditstake-offofindustrializationbywayoftheearlier taking-in international labor-intensive industries. Now it is facing manydifficulties of development, such as imbalanced industrial structure and so on.But its current economic growth poles have insufficient capacity and weakenedfunctions. So they should be remodeled. The new round of internationalindustrial transfer offers a realistic opportunity to the operation of reshaping.Through the Combination of empirical analysis and Standardized method, thecombination of general analysis method and special analysis method, thecombination of historical analysis method and realistic analysis method and thecombination of comparative analysis method and case analysis method, thispaper aims to discuss how the Pearl River Delta to remodel the economicgrowthpolesviataking-ininternationalindustrialtransfer.The paper consists of seven chapters. Chapter one is the preface, mainlyintroducing the purpose and significance, the theoretical tools used andmethodology, a broad description of the current relative studies at home andabroad. The second briefly reviews the main theories of international industrialtransfer and economic growth pole. Chapter three introduces the developmentproceedofthePearlRiverDeltaandanalysesitseconomicgrowthpoleposition.Chapter four discusses its difficulties of economic development and thenecessity of reshaping its economic growth poles. Chapter five discusses thenew round of international industrial transfer and the opportunity offered to thereshaping.Chaptersixmainlyfocuses onthemeasureswhichshouldbetakentosmoothly take in the international industrial transfer and how to remodeleconomicgrowthpolesinthisprocess.Thelastpartistheconclusion.
