Research On Guizhou Province Undertake The Pearl River Delta Industrial Transfer

In recent years, the economy phenomenon of industrial transfer gets the wideattention of economics bound. Industrial transfer is a special economic phenomenonwhen economic development to a certain stage, along with the regional division of labor.It mainly attribute to the adjustment of industrial structure, industry transfer direction isgenerally transferred from developed countries or areas to developing countries orregions. Timely industrial transfer is not only beneficial to developed region industrystructure upgrade, but also for the economic development of underdeveloped areas.With respect to our country economy development lag.the Midwest areas undertakedomestic and foreign industries from developed areas, absorbing the followingadvanced management technology and ideas, will greatly improve the efficiency ofresource allocation and promote the development of local economy in this regions.Since the reform and opening up, The Pearl River Delta region economic isdeveloping rapidly. At the same time, in order to reduce the gap between the rich andthe poor and develop prefectural region economy energetically. On the other hand, dueto resource constraints and market factors, the Pearl River Delta region in GuangdongProvince is urgently in need to transfer labor-intensive industries to the Midwest areas,so as to realize the upgrading of the industrial structure. Guizhou Province is located inSouthwest of the eastern Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau and Pan Pearl River Delta hinterland,It is a beautiful scenery, with pleasant climate and rich natural resources. It has aprominent advantage in traffic location, because it is the important channel of Chinesesouthwest to go to sea and land transportation hub. With the implementation of westerndevelopment strategy, Guizhou Province will show more and more strong economicdevelopment and play important role in the national economic. This paper focuses on Guizhou Province undertakeing the industrial transfer in thePearl River Delta. Firstly, this paper introduces the research background, research statusat home and abroad and the research contents and methods; secondly, starting with thebasic theory of industry transfer, this paper carries on the thorough analysis of the threeindustrial structure present situation in Guizhou Province; Thirdly, in the Pearl RiverDelta industrial transfer appears shape; and then combined with the actual situation inGuizhou Province to find out restrict elements that Guizhou Province undertake thePearl River delta industry transfers; then, based on regional division of labor, this paperanalysis which path that Guizhou Province undertake the Pearl River Delta industrialtransfer; finally, this paper provides the corresponding suggestions and referencemethod to propose Guizhou Province to undertake the industrial transfer from the PearlRiver Delta.
