Situation Analysis And Throughput Predict Of The Coastal Ports In Pearl River Delta

As the transport hub of land and sea,ports is also the center of international trade and commodity distribution,playing an increasingly important role as logistics nodes.With the integration of the global economy,the transformation of economic structure of China and the industry transfer of Coastal port,the Pearl coastal ports' modern port logistics system becoming an important planning issue to solve.This article relies on the case studies To build a dry port development planning study in Pearl River Delta region by Guangdong Province Communications Department in 2014.and the Fourth Harbor Engineering Investigation and Design Institute the case To build a dry port transport infrastructure development plan in Pearl River Delta region.The author started from a supply chain perspective,based on the present situation of seaports in Pearl River Delta coastal areas and cargo class structure,collection and distribution conditions,throughput changes,analysed the overall distribution of goods transport such as changes in import and export trade,to reveals do a systematic analysis and summary of the Pearl River Delta port in economic growth.Under this analysis,the author selected the linear regression prediction model and cubic exponential smoothing model to predict the Pearl River Delta coastal port throughput trends,and then combine the two methods to build a combination of predictive models to predict the results of the Pearl River Delta coastal ports.And then proposed development pattern of building supply chain logistics and transport network for the relevant departments and enterprise.
