The Research Of The Development And Modal Of China's Tourism Higher Education

The tourism of china has been in a new century. Implementing the hr strategy, exploiting the hr and improving the quality of the hr can make the tourism industry develop rapidly. It is significant to the achievement of great power of china. The higher education of tourism is the main way to bring up hr. But there are little researching fruit about the modal of the tourism higher education at present.Based on the research on the higher education of China from a general point, the thesis finds out the problems and the reason, then analyses the influencing factors and refer to the successful modal and experience overseas, anatomize the modal of china. The thesis tries to decompound the modal into three parts. They are administration modal, modals of running schools and hr planting modal. Then the thesis tries to give some advice and suggestions to the weakness tache of the modal in order to improve the innovation of the tourism higher education and plant of the hr.There are five parts in the thesis:The first part is introduction. It is mainly to expound the theoretic and realistic meanings of the subject. Then studying on the primary research fruit and classify them into four parts.The second part is about the connotation of higher education of tourism. The context includes the aspects below: the history,the quality and the mission of the tourism higher education, the relationship with the tourism industry, the situation of the tourism hr and the challenge that the higher tourism education faces.The third part analyse the situation of the higher tourism education from three angles-scale,speciality construction and structure between regions. In this part, the writer adopts the method of quantitative analysis. Using the statistical data to reveal the condition of schools,teachers and students.The fourth part is according the third part, then summarize the problems,reason and influencing factors of the tourism higher education. The last part is based on the foreign successful experience, explore the modal in china and give some advice and suggestions. Via to comparing with foreign experience, find the gap, then get the suggestions.
