Research On The SME Strategic Alliance Pattern And The Operating Mechanism Against The Industrial Cluster Background

Along with the international promotion of industrial cluster in recent years,as a market economy country, China has seen rapid development of industrial clusters, especially the development of SMEs in the industrial clusters. Along with the rapid development of industrial clusters and SMEs in China, industrial clusters and SMEs in China have some problems that hindered the development of the cluster and the development of SMEs because of the system problems, the government reasons, China`s market economy and the shortcomings of their own SMEs.As they have solved the problem of employment of 52.321 million and have done the 55.6% contribution to the gross national product, China's small and medium-sized enterprises is crucial to China's national economy. Finding a practical way to solve the problems in the development of China's small and medium-sized enterprises in the industrial cluster background is very important.The rapidly changing market environment, the ever-changing technological environment, and increasingly severe international trend all urge the enterprises to cope with the problems rapidly, to have ability to resist risks and to have product innovation capabilities.It is impossible for the SMEs to solve the problems in a short time. China's small and medium-sized enterprises can have the ability to resist risks in a short period of time through the establishment of industrial clusters in strategic alliance. The strategic alliance is a kind of low-input and High-yield market behavior. This business model will contribute to our strategic alliance and the development of industrial clusters in the development of China's SMEs, which is conducive to upgrading China's industrial clusters and to push forward China's economic development and progress.
