After analyzing the risks of petroleum security faced by China further, it brings forward the strategic measures about Chinese petroleum security finally: to set strategy petroleum reserve,making use of home and abroad petroleum resource much better;to establish petroleum forward market evading price risks rationally;to cooperate with the producing and consuming countries,and so on.
