Research On The Supply Chain Stock Cost Optimization Based On IGA

In the 21^st century, the competition between enterprises has evoloved into the supply chains. Because the uncertain exsiting in between the each supply chain pitch point enterprise and enterprise interior, it casues that it needs to have a certain quantity stock in the each supply chain pitch point enterprise, which has a vital role in maintaining the enterprise operation's stability and the continuity, and it has some disadvantages.So for displaying effectively the stocks'function, we should research the multistage stock manangement question in the supply chain.The traditional stock management mainly aims at the single enterprise's stock most superior, but the supply chain is an integrated whole.Therefore, stock management under the supply chain environment should take the entire most superior stock of supply chain as the goal. through rational distributing the stock quantity in the each supply chain pitch point enterprise, thus realization the supply chain's entire benefit maximization.Firstly,this paper analysed systematically the research significance ,the research status in quo of multistage stock management,and correlated stock management method under the supply chain environment;and then, it analysed detailed the influence factor of stock cost structure and the concept of supply chain interior cost, on the basis of which, it established multistage stock cost model under supply chain environment; once more, it forecasted the independent demand quantity of multistage stock under supply chain environment using the Markov chain;at last, on the basis of IGA, it analysed detailed the solution algorithm of supply chain mlutistage stock cost model, and through example making simulation optimization.It carried on the comparative analysis between IGA resluts and trational GA resluts, which proved the feasibility and the validity of this mehod,and it provided the new way and method for supply chain multistage stock management.
