The last parties are research the particularity of regional economic disparities and give some advice.The results of this paper: Since the 1952, the northwest minorities regional which composed by Qinghai,Sinkiang,Ningxia and minorities regional of Gansu province ,its economic difference is serious and diminishingly then before reformation and opening, Since reformation and opening up to the present the economic difference is clam . Since the 1998, the economic difference between cities is serious and increase, the economic difference of Qinghai and Sinkiang is increase quickly, and Ningxia and minorities regional of Gansu province is decrease. The main factors that influence the economic development of northwest minorities regional is the foundation and investment of capital, the wealth of people and the development of industry. There are three aspects, the particularity of the difference of the economic space distributing, the particularity of the economic development, the particularity of non-economic factors influencing the economic development , that embody the economic difference of northwest minorities regional. At length, the paper put forward the countermeasures from the aspect of developing three industries.
