The Research Of The Evaluation Method Of The Coordinative Development Of The Regional Energy-Economy-Environment System And Its Application

Survival and development is an eternal theme of human society; the dialectical unification of the two aspects constitutes the sustainable development. Whether the energy- economy-environment system can develop coordinately will have a great impact on social economy. Therefore, the coordinative development of this system is the premise of the sustainable development of society and economy. Consequently, the construction of the evaluation index system for the regional energy- economy- environment system is practically significant.This article has mainly done the following aspects:(1) According to the researchful needs, it defines energy sources, analyzes the interaction between regions and energy, energy and economy, energy and environment, economy and environment. The division standards for the energy type of regions are put forward. Stated here are the features of the energy-economy- environment system, the content of coordination and the ways for coordinative control.(2) Besides the introduction of the basic information of the construction of evaluation index, it describes mathematically the evaluation index system of the coordinative development of energy-import regional energy-economy-environment system at various levels and constructs such an evaluation index system.(3) The evaluation method of coordinative development is discussed; the comprehensive evaluation method of level analysis and vague evaluation is put forward; the method and steps of comprehensive evaluation is presented and the model of system coordinative degree is constructed.(4) Qingdao is taken as example to analyze the problems related. To identify the energy type of Qingdao and to evaluate the coordinative development of energy-economy-environment system in Qingdao City. Corresponding strategies and suggestions are put forward.
