The Policy Analysis Of Coordinative Development Of Energy-Environment-Economy System In Jiangsu Province

Energy,economic and environmental(3E)made up a circulatory system that interaction,restrict each other.Reasonable development and efficient use of energy and improving environmental quality is prerequisite to ensure sustained and healthy development of the economy,and the sustainable economic development will promote energy efficiency and environmental quality enhances unceasingly.With the rapid economic development and the increase of energy consumption,the deterioration of ecological environment is increasingly serious in Jiangsu province.How to coordinate the sources of energy,economy and environment coordinated development,which the focus of the government.The paper analyzed the coordination of 3E system by using comparative analysis,system analysis and econometric analysis methods in Jiangsu province.Through studying the energy,the development of economy and the environment subsystem of Jiangsu province,and the coordination degree of each subsystem,further study of its relationship between coordination and interaction in 3E system.Secondly,through the study of the research of 3E system policy change in Jiangsu province,the paper analyzes the current problems existing in the 3E system development policy.Using the factor analysis method to construct the policy text word matrix,and the 3E system policy text in Jiangsu province are social network analysis,find out social network relation of policy keywords.Based on the policy of key points and interaction relationship between the main body,analyzing the incentive policy,punitive policies and new energy demand for 3E system by using the method of game.In order to design scientific and feasible policy model of coordinated development of Jiangsu province.
