Demonstrative Research Of Management Efficiency Of State-Owned Listed Chemical Enterprises Based On DEA

The paper aims to discuss and research the management efficiency of state-owned listed chemical enterprises. Wish to provide the theory support and the policy-making basis for how to enhance the management efficiency of state-owned chemical enterprises.In the aspect of fundamental research, the paper reorganizes related theory of "enterprise efficiency", and combs the correlated measure plan, technical and the achievement approximate condition, which provides a basic theory background platform for the discussion of "the enterprise management efficiency".In the aspect of demonstrative research, with help of abundant enterprise statistics data commanded by the author through abundant pursuing survey work, this paper will take an independent demonstrative research on the real conditions of our enterprise management efficiency, and gets the index system from inputs an outputs. As the same time, this paper analysis the principle of how to select index, and how to construct the index of enterprise management efficiency.Afterwards, this paper analysis and research for the appraisal ways of the present enterprise management efficiency, and proposed it is appropriate for the data envelope analysis method in the appraisal of enterprise management efficiency; by analyzing the data envelope analysis method and the example, this paper studies how to use the data envelope analysis model to in the actual appraisal work, and introduces the Tobit model to solute the weakness in data envelope analysis model.In the base of above method, through the data envelope analysis method, research the management efficiency of state-owned listed chemical enterprises, this paper obtains the result of present the management efficiency of state-owned listed chemical enterprises. And through the Tobit model, this paper goes on the demonstrative research market for the influence factors.According to the results of demonstrative research, this paper proposes corresponding improvement measure for the management efficiency of state-owned chemical enterprises management efficiency.
