This paper, based on the sufficient comprehension of theoretical knowledge and specific content in the project management, focuses on the analysis of the establishment of the objective controlling system, the strategy to break apart the objectives, and some specific objective controlling methods.In the paper, the writer uses Mathematics tools and table means to analyze and evaluate the 220KV Zhongjiang power transmission project. These methods include Deviation analysis of the project investment with net worth means, Quantitative analysis of the project tempo with network key path analysis and Qualitative analysis of quality influencing factor analysis. With the application of these project management theories and methods, the unity of the three great objectives in the project is strengthened, meanwhile the best point of balance in the system can be found so as to attain a realistic effect in the control of quality, tempo and cost. At last, combing the writer' s long period of work practice with the study of objective controlling system in 220KV Zhongjiang power transmission project, this paper further investigates the existing problems and the proper strategies in the objective control of China' s power construction.
