Faced with the rougher and rougher domestic competition and increasinglymature markets, the core competitiveness is necessarily required for thecompany to survive. HRM plays a crucial role in the process of improving thecompany's competitiveness and its expansion. It's one of most importantmanagement tasks to promote the staff's value by scientific HRM andtherefore to fulfill the development goal. Now HRM is one compete systemcomposed of HRM planning, job analysis, recruiting and PerformanceManagement (PM) and so on, of which the job analysis is the basic work onwhich much attention is paid. However, how to design and implement a set ofscientific and reasonable job analysis system serving the company'smanagement such as development strategy, planning and HRM or something isone important way to improve the competition competency and competitiveadvantage to obtain continuable development.Based on the theories and working ways acquired in MBA study, my ownresearch and practicein HRM, the paper discussed the problems in HRM of thesmall-and middle-size serving company, and analyzed the shortcomings in jobmanagement. Then starting with the operation flow, the paper discussed thejob analysis, setting up the scientific job management system, PM andcompensation management system and its application in the company servingthe effective management. The paper consists of four sections. Section oneintroduces the general theories of job analysis. Section two introduces thecompany's problems and the analysis. Section three introduces the simplydescribed the design and application of JLHY Company's Job Analysis. Thefifth section commented in brief on the characteristics and shortcomings ofthe job analysis of JLHY Company.The PAQ, Interviewing, Scenery Observation, Working Log are taken to do the job analysis, and seven-element marking way to assess the positions. Andthe results of job analysis are widely used in the HRM of JLHY Company. Therelevant measures are put forward to solve the problems in HRM of small-andmiddle-size serving company with good working results.
