Enterprise information is the only way for the development of modern enterprises toenhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprises and keep high-speeddevelopment. We must realize that the research for enterprise information has an importantsignificance.In this paper, based on the W company ERP project implementation process, thisarticle examines how companies use effective ERP system to improve business processmanagement, optimizing internal management, and enhance the competitiveness ofenterprises.This article is divided into six parts: In Part2, the paper proposes a study and researchmethods, gives the basic framework.
