The Influence Of Urban Residents' Property Distribution On Income Distribution In China

Since the reform and opening-up, China's economic has developed rapidly.The residents' income level also appeared unprecedented long-term and fast growth. As a necessary consequence of income growth, household property owned by urban and township residents has grown gradually from nothing,from little to more. It has play more and more important role in economy. Since 1990s, with the acceleration of property accumulation, the disparity among urban residents' property distribution is expanding gradually,and the influence of property distribution on income distribution and social equlity strengthens day by day. The latest research shows that the inequality of property distribution is to be far larger than income distribution.Therefore, property distribution have become an important factor which influences residents' income distribution. At preasent ,when we research on the problem of urban income distribution, we must take residents' wealth condition into account . However, according to the current document,domestic experte are focusing on the research of residents' income distribution, the research of property distribution and the influnce of property distribution on income distribution is precious rare.So,study on urban residents' property distribute impact on income distribution have important theory meaning and realistic meaning.This paper is allocated together for five parts.
