Shanxi Province Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises Financing Problem Studies

In recent years , the role of SMEs ( Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises ) in China's national economy and social development is becoming more prominent, but financing , as a key factor , constraining the further development seriously of the SMEs. For this widespread problem, Shanxi Province is no exception . Along with the state-owned economy withdrawal from certain areas and the influx of multinational companies , solve the financing problems of SMEs in Shanxi province has become a major bearing on the overall situation. This paper from the previous theoretical studies, on the basis of a detailed analysis about investment and financing environment and the economic environment of Shanxi Province , with a view of subject and object , proposed financing measures to solve the problem of financing and to make certain contributions to the province .This paper discussed the following aspects : first, to explain the concept for the and the financing of SMEs , as a foundation for understanding and research; Second, make an analysis of SMEs development and the situation of SMEs in financing difficulties, combining (?)heoretical model to identify deep-seated reasons; Then, combining the economic characteristics of Shanxi Province and the investment and financing environment, finding the specific factors affecting the financing of SMEs in Shanxi Province; Finally, made a conclusion based on the enterprises themselves and financial institutions, then the government layer problems.In this paper the characteristics of the study is to combine theory with practice. Most of the articles about SMEs financing problem are study from the macro level of economics, in practical use, because of the characteristics of various regional economic and the development of SMEs, theoretical analysis is difficult to solve practical problems . Based on the specific micro-environment of Shanxi Province, the author has put forward some practical solutions strive to make contributions to the economic development of Shanxi.
