| The development of SMEs in the current new normal economic environment, is the market mechanism reflects the most sensitive and most dynamic part, and in promoting employment, technological innovation and other economic fields play an important role.However, due to the current economic downturn in the difficult period, the bank's collection of loans, loans, credit-stricken behavior so that financing is difficult to become obstacles to the development of small and medium enterprises to be solved.As a large energy province, Shanxi Province is facing the outstanding problems of industrial structure adjustment, rising energy and raw material prices, rising labor costs, rising energy-saving and emission-reducing expenditure, tight supply of electricity and land, and financing difficulties.This paper analyzes the financing situation of small and medium-sized enterprises in Shanxi Province and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the credit problems of small and medium-sized enterprises in Shanxi Province.First, the article elaborates the definition of SME standard and the relevant theory of SME financing according to the latest SME Standard. Then it analyzes the SME development status and financing situation in Shanxi Province, and introduces the financing of SME Mode and the role of small and medium-sized enterprises in the economic development of Shanxi Province.Secondly, it analyzes the present credit situation of small and medium-sized enterprises in Shanxi Province from three aspects:the current situation of small and medium-sized enterprises in Shanxi Province, the financing environment of Shanxi Province and the related policies of small and medium-sized enterprises financing.Re-use of a state-owned commercial banks in Shanxi Province on the credit data of SMEs, SMEs in Shanxi Province to carry out an example of credit support. Finally, draws the countermeasures to strengthen the credit support of small and medium-sized enterprises in Shanxi Province. |
