A Research On The Equipment Operation And Management Of The Petroleum Project Technological Service Enterprises

The objective of this paper is for the petroleum project technological service enterprises attached to the China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC). The main purpose is to let enterprise managers realize the importance of equipment operation and management in the developmental strategy in the enterprise. Through analysis and research of the equipment operation and management, the author aims to find the management model and methods which are suitable for the characteristics of the petroleum project technological service enterprises.The first part of the paper introduces the development of the petroleum project technological service enterprises affiliated to the China National Petroleum Corporation. Focused on important significance of equipment operation and management in the business development of the petroleum project technological service enterprises, the author points out that the equipment operation and management plays an important role in both the petroleum projects and technical service enterprises in the internationalization strategy of development, as it is also determined by the characteristics of petroleum project and technical service enterprises.The second part of the paper introduces the equipment management and development and relevant theories, based on which, the current situation and the equipment management practices of the petroleum project technological service enterprises are dealt with. The author further explains the major problems which exist in the equipment management of enterprises and proposes the management concept and systems structures on enterprise equipment operation and management.Composed of chapter3, 4, 5, and6, the third part of the paper takes Zhundong Exploration and Development Company under the Xinjiang Petroleum Administration as an example, and studies the formulation of development plans on enterprise equipment. Through analyzing and studying on equipment investment management, equipment rental management, equipment operation management, the author explains processes and methods of enterprise equipment value management. On the basis of analyses and research on management of the use of equipment maintenance, the equipment service management, and equipment management process, the author discusses the process and the method on physical equipment management of enterprises. By analyzing the equipment information, statistical indicators and the study of the information management methods, the author establishes the management model of the equipment information which is suitable for characteristics of the petroleum project technical service enterprises.
