Study On Equipment Management Of Jinzhou Petrochemical Company

Equipment management is an important part of enterprise production and administration in refining enterprises. This paper researches on the suitable methods and models of equipment management for Jinzhou petrochemical company. Combined modern management with the practice of Jinzhou petrochemical company, this paper analyze the problems and reasons exist in the equipment management of Jinzhou petrochemical company based on the generalization of the methods and experiences of the internal and external equipment management and suggests the weak points of equipment management in Jinzhou petrochemical company. And point out the useful resolve ways. This paper emphasizes on equipment operation cycle management, equipment prophase management and equipment updating management.Firstly, according to equipment management status of refining enterprise, this paper analyzes factors restricting equipment starting date and put forward methods as well as measures which can prolong equipment starting date. Secondly, according to domestic spare part management status, this paper puts forward storage tactics which can decrease equipment management cost. Thirdly, this paper sets up maintenance cost requirement model which can forecast maintenance cost requirement. Finally, starting from systematic theory, this paper makes use of technological analysis method and builds up mathematical model on equipment updating analysis.
