A Study On The Development Of Rural Commune Stock Cooperative Economic Organization

With the rapid progress of industrialization and urbanization, a new round of systematic innovation is confronting rural area. On the base of stabilizing household contract responsibility system, the key to break through the systematic block restricting rural productivity when vitalizing rural public-owned economy, on the base of market economy, and set up a new system to remove the dualistic structure between urban and rural area is to further reform the rural property right system. Rural commune stock cooperative economic organization is the third revolution and the present systematic innovation in China, which realizes the combination of labor union and capital merge of workers, after the rural land reform and the rural household contract responsibility system. What's more, it is seasoned with the status quo of Chinese rural area and plays an active role in optimizing rural property right system.The essay is divided by three parts. For the first part, major characteristics, connotation and effect of rural commune stock cooperative economic organizations are set forth from the analysis on the effect and the problems emerged during the implementation of RCSCEO. For the second, comparison between and studies on the reforms of RCSCEO in other developed rural areas is made and brief analysis on successful cases has been carried out; Third, systematic research on the overall development of RCSCEO in Pearl River Delta has been implemented to help summarizing the present problem of stock cooperative economy in Pearl River Delta, aiming to give specific solution.
