Pan-pearl River Delta Region Of East And West Economy The Joint Development Of Research

Pan-Pear river delta region cooperation which is in tune with the times of globalization, regional integration and the national strategy of regional interaction, is one of the typically regional fusion of east, middle and west inland of south China. There are two reasons for establishing the region PPRD: on the one hand, the east inland is short in factor production like land, energy source and labor, and need to scale a new height; on the other hand, as for as the west inland like Yunnan, it has respective advantages of natural resource and market, nevertheless, it has to face the fact that the deficiency of information and funds. It is hard to develop quickly just with itself, it needs a strong economic growth pole which can drive its transfer from the comparative advantage into the realistic economic advantage. The institute of the Pan-Pear river delta region gives a chance to both of the east and the west inland, and will accelerate their economic development contemporarily. In addition, the development of the whole region is very unbalanced. It will be critical for the regional cooperation, if we can't decrease the gap of the east and the west. So it is very meaningful to study the regional cooperation of the east and the west. The paper regards the west and east cooperation in the PPRD from the point of view cooperation, and take the cooperation of Guangdong and Yunnan for example.Based on the introducing of Pan-Pear river delta region cooperation, the paper examined the related concepts first, emphasized on dealing with the related theories and its function for the cooperation of the east and west inland in PPRD, than discussed the necessity, directionality, priority content and the problem between the cooperation.Based on the discussing of significance, chance and handicap of the cooperation in the PPRD, we analyzed the economy grads of the whole region with the software SPSS. Than the paper bring forward the cooperationprinciple, manner, content, the mechanism and countermeasure on the base of the economy grads.Based on the introduction of the economic and social situation in Guangdong and Yunnan, we discussed the cooperation of two province in PPRD from cooperation situation and characteristic, comparative advantage, otherness, and we come to a conclusion of the feasibility. Than the paper propose the cooperation specific project, the suggestion and measures.
