Study On The Growth Of Hefei Science-tech Ventures

As one of the important cities that grow up in middle China, Hefei city has a great many of science-tech ventures of different characteristics compared with traditional enterprises. Entrepreneurs and managers in this kind of companies will inevitably face a lot of new problems. Therefore, to make a deep research on characteristics of science-tech ventures will have reference significance and practical value for its healthy development and the formulation of governmental policies and laws.Firstly, this paper makes a definition of science-tech ventures on the base of previous research and summarizes relevant theoretical achievements about enterprise growth. Secondly, based on GEM, we construct the evaluation model and analyze the state of growth of Hefei science-tech ventures from two aspects of external environment and internal factors, besides, we also conclude the growth mechanism of its core competence. Thirdly, this paper takes Hefei science-tech ventures that grow up with the help of risk capital for the classical case to reflect growth situation of science-tech ventures truly. Finally, the author proposes suggestions from three aspects of external environment,internal condition and mutual coordination between the interior and the exterior.The author selects the subject of this paper concentratively. This subject is not only the hot topic of modern society, but it also embodies the feature of Hefei city. It is scarce to construct the index system based on GEM, and moreover, the index content is comparatively comprehensive. This paper makes a research on science-tech ventures in growth from the perspective of policies and entrepreneurial environment,growth evaluation of new entrepreneurial enterprises. At last, the author makes a conclusion of important influence factors and growth model of Hefei science-tech ventures by analysis.
