The Analysis Of EPC Management Process Based On Flexible Objective Management

After analyzing the variety of the understanding of "Management By Objectives" by a lot of scholars and integrating the theory system of MBO, the article has put forward the concept of "Flexible Management By Objective" based on the defects of the MBO's theory. Through the analysis of the process about "Energy Performance Contracting", unifies the experience of the actual case, the paper discusses how to resolve the operation and management problems which in the EPC project of the EMCo using the flexible MBO way.
