The Research Of Cggd In Energy Performance Contracting

Energy consumption is increasing day by day as the global economy turns better, and energy supply and demand situation is becoming increasingly difficult. Nowadays, China is the second large country of energy production and comsumption in the world, but our energy efficiency is comparatively low. The limitation of energy resource and the pollution of environment has hampered the sustainable development of Chinese economy. Energy management contracting as a new Market-oriented mechanism to promote energy saving, there have been about ten years since it was introduced to China, but still it is very difficult to promote throughout China. CGGD group as a Large state-owned enterprise, could promote EMC within the enterprise taking advantage of its unique features, to help it reduce energy cost and increase profits to the maximum range. This thesis has an important practical significance for CGGD to take over more responsibility in energy saving and to become a green ecology enterprise.Combined with the development history of EMCO in China and foreign countries, the author did feasibility study and necessity study in technical,economical and political level in CGGD group.Through case study, literature Search, experience analysis and combined with factors such as the law, policy and institution of China, the author had come up with a suitable mode of EMC for CGGD, and had determined the basic workflow for implementation and control method, which can improve the energy efficiency more scientifically.Choose the EMCO module which saving energy and emission reduction in CGGD group in the thesis. It is expected that it will be benefit to CGGD group in energy saving and emission reduction.
