Research On The Application Of Energy Performance Contracting In Energy-saving Reconstruction Of Star Hotels

According to relevant information,the proportion of building energy consumption in China's total energy consumption as high as 30%,and this proportion will continue to increase with the improvement of people's living standards.As a large-scale public building,the star-hotel has the characteristics of high energy consumption and great energy-saving potential.Under the background of the rapid popularization of energy performance contracting in the energy-saving service industry,the energy saving process of star-hotel has been severely affected due to the restriction of many factors.Invent an energy performance contracting mode suitable to star hotel energy-saving renovation,will greatly promote the cause of China's energy-saving emission reduction process.This dissertation sorts out the basic content of energy performance contracting and its application status in our country,and then has a more comprehensive understanding of the development of the energy-saving mechanism in our country.At the same time,Summarize the related content and clarify Status quo and problems of applying energy performance contracting in star-hotel energy-saving;Secondly,In order to accurately understand the key factors influencing the energy-saving of China's star-hotels by energy performance contracting mode,a questionnaire survey conducted through professional staff of energy-saving service industry,through the original index selection and correction,questionnaire design,expert scoring and data processing and a series of work,the key influence factors need to research in this article are confirmed;Based on key influence factors,first,according to the content of energy consumption of star hotel,the main content and scheme of its energy-saving reformation are confirmed,and the calculation method of energy saving and economic benefit analysis method are clarified,then we analyze the existing financing channels of EPC projects and finds out the main reasons of financing difficulties for Small and medium companies.Then,through the introduction of network joint guarantee mechanism,we constructs a financing model based on it,and use the community theory to evaluate the effectiveness of the financing model.When applying this financing model to the energy performance contracting project of energy-saving renovation of a star hotel,combining with the characteristics of star hotels and taking ease the financial pressure on small and medium-sized energy service company as a starting point,the basic pattern of energy performance contracting is adjusted.Then forms a network joint guarantee mechanism-based energy performance contracting mode in energy-saving of star hotel.The method of determining the relevant parameters in the process of application of the overall mode are given.Through a concrete case,we verify the superiority of the overall mode in practical application.Finally,in order to promote the application of energy performance contracting mode in the energy-saving renovation of star-rated hotels,suggestions are given from the four aspects of society,economy,star-hotel and energy service companies.
