Research On Financing Of China's Private Scientific And Technological Enterprises

Civilian-run science-technology enterprises, where the two international developing trends converge, is an organic combination of the most advanced productive forces and the most vigorous management mechanism. As a fresh troop of the industrialization of advanced and new technology, it has become a new growth point of the economy. However, there still exist some problems in the development of civilian-run science-technology enterprises. One of the most prominent is financing barrier. Thus, how to expand the financing channels becomes a major task set before the business world, decision department and academic field.There are six chapters in this essay.Chapter 1 introduces the background and meaning of this topic, and the innovation and shortage of this essay. Chapter 2 is a theory overview about enterprise finance, which includes four different theories. Chapter 3 introduces the state of civilian-run science-technology enterprises in our country and analyzes the stage demand in the development process of civilian-run science-technology enterprises. Chapter 4 analyzes the financing barrier of these enterprises. It points out in order to expand financing channels; we should make a short-term and a long-term program. In the short-term program, we should expand the financing space of these enterprises. In chapter 5, we suggest that we should develop venture capital and open second board in our country. Chapter 6 concludes research conclusion and police suggestion.
