Study On The Willingness Of Hunan Agricultural Technology Enterprises To Introduce Venture Capital

At present,the state has put forward the strategy of transformation,upgrading and development,which has ushered in historical opportunities for the development of agricultural science and technology innovation enterprises.It has attracted a large number of social capital and venture capital to invest in agricultural science and technology enterprises with modern enterprise characteristics and growth.There are 556 agricultural science and Technology Parks in Wangcheng District,Yueyang Agricultural Science and Technology Park and other science and technology parks.Leading enterprises have been developed rapidly.Agricultural science and technology enterprises have a great demand for venture capital.The policies of local governments also provide good opportunities for the development of venture capital.However,due to the lack of venture capital talents and the single channel of venture capital capital acquisition,Hunan Agricultural Section is affected by many factors,such as the lack of venture capital talents and the single channel of venture capital acquisition.Technological enterprises are not willing to introduce venture capital.In order to solve the investment problem of agricultural science and technology innovation enterprises better,this paper studies the venture capital problem of agricultural science and technology enterprises.This paper defines the relevant concepts of the willingness to introduce venture capital in agricultural science and technology enterprises by means of literature and questionnaire survey.It analyses the present situation of Introducing Venture Capital in Hunan agricultural science and technology enterprises by using technology innovation theory,venture capital theory and principal-agent theory,and analyses the existing problems.The former management mechanism of venture capital in agricultural science and technology enterprises was imperfect,the access to venture capital was single,and the regulations on trning green of venture capital were imperfect.The problems such as the low degree of specialization of venture capital intermediaries and the lack of venture capital talents in agricultural science and technology enterprises are also discussed.According to the results of municipal investigation and logistic regression model,this paper concludes that the factors influencing the willingness to introduce venture capital in agricultural science and technology enterprises in Hunan Province are the internal characteristics of enterprises,the level of enterprise management,the external environment of enterprises and the knowledge of enterprises about venture capital.Empirical results show that the business nature,business areas and development stages of enterprises have relatively insignificant impact on the introduction of venture capital,while the scale of enterprises,the quality of managers,the management level of qualification structure,financing costs,whether to stand on my core technology and whether to understand venture capital are the factors that affect the introduction of venture capital into agricultural science and technology enterprises.The important factors of investment willingness.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from three aspects:increasing government support,strengthening the self-management of agricultural science and technology enterprises,and strengthening the self-management of venture capital institutions.At the government level,firstly,we need to build a convenient information exchange platform;secondly,we need to establish a mechanism for raising venture capital and strengthen the construction of exit channels for venture capital;thirdly,we need to establish a guiding fund for agricultural science and technology venture capital and improve the construction of laws and regulations.At the level of enterprise's own management,one is to establish a modern enterprise system;the other is to improve the level of enterprise management;the third is to introduce agricultural science and technology talents;and the fourth is to improve the innovation ability of enterprises.At the level of venture capital institutions,we should standardize the management of corporate risk system and strengthen the management of venture capital projects and talents.Because of the limited research conditions and the limited number of questionnaires,there are still some deficiencies in the theoretical analysis of the willingness to venture capital.At the same time,the evaluation model of the willingness to venture capital needs to be improved step by step.
