With much more capital entering the real estate housing market of Wuhan, the market competition of dwelling house is becoming fiercer. The trend of financing internationalization, production standardization, management scientism, and sales marketization will result in the subversive transform in traditional real estate industry. Under this kind of situation, those local enterprises that are used to manual production and opportunism-orient policy shall take advantage of great chances and act as the pioneer of transform. It is the unique mode for existence.This thesis is aimed to put forward the preliminary strategic suggestion for today's real estate industry on the basis of actual industry situation and entire value chain of enterprise, striving to instruct the operation decision of company from strategy level. Being an application type paper, firstly, this article summarizes the current condition and market characteristics of Wuhan real estate. Then, it abstracts whole strategy applicable for medium/small business based on market research and full comparison with advanced enterprise, thus make a rough standard for seeking investment project from strategy height. Moreover, via the analysis of market subdivision over regional supply-sales quantity, and conclusion with competitor's marketing strategy, this paper firstly brings forward the following opinions. 1. On the level of strategic marketing, analysis of consumption behavior based class partition is the foundation of company decision, and the elevation of demisable gross value is the final target of great effort on product value and company image value. What we try our best to do is to make the product difference stand out, and get the competition advantage in current less flourish industry environment.2. On the level of tactical marketing, 4P marketing combination builds up the living criteria of product image, which make it easier for being distinguished from rival's image. Furthermore, it unfolds deeply discuss on how to conduct the experience marketing in actual sales project 3. From the aspect of product developing, this thesis makes some theory exploitation as well, accordingly set forth several strategic advices.
